一、概述

DDZ型帶式輸送機(jī)用輪式抓捕器沿帶式輸送機(jī)多處安裝。當(dāng)皮帶運(yùn)行時(shí)，中間兩只底部托輥和左右兩側(cè)瞬發(fā)偏心托輥在皮帶帶動(dòng)下同時(shí)隨皮帶自轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，上閘塊調(diào)整到皮帶上方且與機(jī)架平行。當(dāng)帶式輸送機(jī)發(fā)生斷帶或逆止器失效時(shí)，瞬發(fā)偏心托輥在下滑皮帶帶動(dòng)下，以自身轉(zhuǎn)軸為中心做偏心轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)并觸發(fā)上閘塊動(dòng)作，使上閘塊與偏心托輥間隙發(fā)生趨小改變，從而將下滑的皮帶夾持在上閘塊與瞬發(fā)托輥之間。

Summary

DDZ belt conveyor wheel-type belt capture devices are fixed aside by the conveyor. When the belt runs, two bottom rollers in the middle and the prompt eccentric rollers at both sides will self-rotate together with the belt, and the upper brake block will adjust to parallel with the frame and above the belt. When the belt broken, or the backstop out of work, drove by the gliding belt, the prompt eccentric rollers will rotate eccentrically then touch the upper brake block, so the distance between the block and roller will change then capture the broken belt between block and roller.

三、性能特點(diǎn)

1、本抓捕器采用分體式結(jié)構(gòu)、安裝方便、動(dòng)作可靠；

2、無需外動(dòng)力，利用皮帶斷帶后自身產(chǎn)生的下滑力作為制動(dòng)力，將下滑的皮帶抓捕；

3、適用機(jī)架形式：固定式、拆卸式、吊掛式；

4、上閘塊可擺動(dòng)年、可打開，上、下伸縮可調(diào)，制動(dòng)間隙可調(diào)。

5、由于采取分體式結(jié)構(gòu)，瞬發(fā)托輥槽角斜梁可作適度移動(dòng)，調(diào)整托輥開檔。
